  • You will then be prompted to enter your Social Security Number.  Be sure to enter your SSN without any dashes, spaces, or hyphens.  


  • If we are able to find your social security number in our system, you will then be asked to answer a security question that you had previously established.  If you have not previously established security questions, you will not be able to reset your username online.  Please contact us at 800.878.5220 for help accessing your account.


  • If your answer meets our records, you will receive an email with a link at your primary email address in our system.  The link will be available for 24 hours.  If you are not able to access your email during this window, you will need to contact us at 800.878.5220 for help accessing your account.  Please be aware that if we are not able to validate your identity, you will need to obtain access to your account from your plan sponsor.
