Periodically, BlueStar will agree to perform special services for clients that are not covered by our standard service agreement. This includes 5500 filings and plan testing for prior years for both Indy plans and adopters of MEPs/PEPs who have merged in a plan.

You will need to remove any language that is not applicable to the specific services we are being contracted for. E.g. remove testing language if we are just performing government filing. It is imperative that you have your drafts reviewed by Tim and Suzanne both prior to sending the agreement out for signature.
