PC Coding:
Add each company into PlanConnect. Under the parent company, you must attach each related entity under the Controlled/Affiliated Groups tab.
Once the entities are attached, ensure the participating employers are noted under plan adoption:
Relius Coding:
That box in the above screenshot is needed to run the report together but it does not actually “match” the aggregation groups together. You must set up a unique code at the Employer level of each planid and then set the testing modules to use that code. Here’s how to set up the codes in Relius:
- Open Employer: File> Open > Employer
- Create a unique 5 character code for your group and type it directly into the "Employer aggregation group code" box on the right hand side of the Company Data module.
- Save the Employer: File > Save Employer
- Open up all other Employers for each planid that needs to be aggregated and select your unique code from the drop down box in the "Employer aggregation group code" and then save employer
- Open one of the planids in your aggregation group: Plan > Plan Specs > Compliance > ADP/ACP and type your code into the Aggregation Group boxes for each plan listed that will need to be aggregated for testing.
- Add the codes to the General Non-Discrimination section in the Compliance module too.
- Save plan specs
